If you are already on the island and wish to arrange a meeting with an NCI representative to discuss your needs – or to view a particular property – please call/sms +90 548 861 0600. If you can’t call a local number please WhatsApp 0044 7799 212425 and we will arrange a call back for you. We do need a number on which to contact you for viewings – these are difficult for us to arrange just via email. Please don’t just turn up at our offices in Catalkoy as our busy staff are often out sourcing new properties or with clients. Meetings at our offices need to be arranged in advance.

We will always do our best to adapt to your schedule. If you do not have your own transport, we can arrange a free pick-up service from your hotel or accommodation. If you are in the South of Cyprus and are coming to the North with the intention of purchasing a property, we may be able to provide a FREE pick up service from the border if required. This can avoid you having to pay for additional car insurance for the North of Cyprus. Please note, there are no buses which cross the border – only car hire or taxis.
Our meetings are professional yet informal and can take place at your hotel if you prefer.
