INTERNAL

Enter via the front door into a large open plan kitchen/lounge and diner. There are large bay windows in the dining area with views of the Mediterranean.

In the lounge area there is another window as well as two sofas and a lovely log burner which is perfect for the short Cypriot winters.

The kitchen has a good choice of wall and base units as well as built-in appliances as well as a small breakfast bar.

There are two generously sized bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

There are stairs up to a fantastic roof terrace where you have spectacular 360-degree views of Besparmak mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. THE AREA

Esentepe village has now become a small town with bank, barber, supermarkets, health clinic, gym and more.

The coast road takes you to Kyrenia in just 25 minutes with its harbour, castle and its many bars and restaurants plus shopping opportunities.  This is the perfect apartment for either a holiday home in which to have a relaxing break, or even a permanent home.  Here you can enjoy unspoilt surroundings, good food and amazing sunsets.

This property is also in an ideal location if you are looking for Golf.  The 18-hole Korineum championship golf course with leisure complex, restaurant and driving range plus Spa and tennis academy, is 10 minutes’ drive away and is open to non-members.    The Korineum also has its own Beach Club.  

Across the road from the resort is the local fishing harbour, where you can fish from the pier or hire a boat for the day. Acapulco Beach Club is about 15 minutes’ drive away, where for an entrance fee you can use the facilities, which include water sports, aqua park, tennis and many other attractions. There is also a casino and other entertainment facilities.

Turtle Bay beach (Alagadi beach) is a short drive away; this is a fabulous sandy beach with cafe and a protected area as loggerhead and green turtles use it to lay their eggs. There is a visitor centre which operates from 6pm onwards when you can go on turtle watching tours. The nesting season is between May to October.
